Clean Inside Magazine
Clean The Spring
Wipe Inside Magazine
Remove Rag
Reinstall Spring
Recompress Spring
Insert Follower
Apply Oil
Clean The Gun Itself
Make The Gun Safe
Engage The Slide Lock
Remove Barrel Bushing
Remove Slide Lock
Remove Slide
Remove Firing-Pin
Remove Extractor
Clean Extractor
Clean Breech Face
Clean Feed Ramp
Clean And Reassemble
Position Barrel Link
Install Slide Lock
Complete Reassembly
Check Proper Functioning |
Recompress
Spring by pushing it into the magazine with the end of the G.I. bore brush or other
suitable instrument. Be careful as this is very difficult without the proper tool. Keep
the spring pointed in a safe direction at all times to avoid injury to yourself and
others. |
