Lock Magazine Spring
Remove Magazine Spring
Clean Inside Magazine
Clean The Spring
Wipe Inside Magazine
Remove Rag
Reinstall Spring
Recompress Spring
Insert Follower
Apply Oil

Clean The Gun Itself
Make The Gun Safe
Engage The Slide Lock
Remove Barrel Bushing
Remove Slide Lock
Remove Slide
Remove Firing-Pin
Remove Extractor
Clean Extractor
Clean Breech Face
Clean Feed Ramp
Clean And Reassemble
Position Barrel Link
Install Slide Lock
Complete Reassembly
Check Proper Functioning

Shaking the magazine should permit the magazine follower to fall out. Point the magazine down at a soft safe area and remove the nail to remove tension from the magazine spring.
