| Let's try to really
understand what a "militia" REALLY is. By definition, the United States
Militia is made up of all male citizens between 18 and 45 who are not in the military.
That means that me, you, and all men we know are part of the United States Militia at some
time in our lives. Your local mechanic, priest, even the gay guy who sells flowers
to your wife is a member of "The Militia" of the United States.
On the other hand, groups who and
are militant in appearance, are nothing more than "militants". And some of
these guys may be enemies of the United States too, not it's protectors, criminal in
intent at the extreme. At best, militant groups are led by self promoting
individuals. And inevitably, their group can becomes a magnet for criminals who aim to
disguise their criminal behavior as patriotic acts.
Members of militant groups in the United States,
masquerading as something noble, have done things like robbing banks, killing and
terrorizing people. They have written bad checks, and shot at the sheriff when he comes to
arrest them. They commit illegal acts for selfish goals that put their friends and
families in danger. These are not men who protect your rights, these are men who
threaten you rights.

Tim Coombs - Militant
Thinks others should pay for highways, public safety, fire protection. Thinks it's
okay if he uses them though...

Tim Coombs Shot a Missouri State Police Officer
In 1994 Contributing To His Death 2 Years Later, In Revenge For The Arrest Of A Fellow
Moron Who Was Arrested For The Minor Charge Of Driving Without A Drivers License. Officer
Bobbie Harper Was In His Kitchen Eating Ice Cream When Shot Through A Window.
Tim is armed and dangerous. Tim Packs a 45
pistol but is a lousy shot, having shot a neighbors horse during practice and almost
missing Officer Bobbie Harper even though he was using a high power rifle with a scope, at
short range, from a hidden firing position. Member of Criminal Dribble Group Called
"Sacerdotal Order of the David Company". |
Timothy McVeigh was a militant. Tim
McVeigh ended the lives of Nineteen children at Oklahoma city, not because he loved
the United States. Tim McVeigh killed children because he hated the United
States. Randy Weaver's son, wife, and baby were killed by Federal agents. It
was a long twisted chain of events. I met the man once. Shook his hand. I had to wonder
what kind of man would put his family in a position like that.
If you don't like out country's laws, you don't change them
by killing and robbing and hiding in the hills, and being stupid and thinking it's okay to
break them. You change laws by voting and campaigning. You get an education for
yourself and your children. You change things by running for office. You change laws
by obeying the law; a law so carefully designed that it permits you to affect change
better and more fairly than in any other country or civilization in history.
So before you use the term "Militia", know that it
describes fair and honest men, not some hateful bums living in trailers. When you
want to describe criminals who hate fairness and hate justice and hate honor, call them
"militants". That's what they are. |
